- What is the age requirement?
- Most comedy shows are 18+. Some special events (Clean Comedy Brunch, certain matinees) are all-ages. Walking tours are open to all ages with a guardian. Check the specific event listing for age requirements.
- Is there a drink minimum?
- Yes, there is a 2-item minimum per person (food or drinks) for all evening comedy shows. Brunch shows include the minimum with your ticket.
- Where are you located?
- We're located at 51 E. Boston St., Chandler, AZ 85225 — right in the heart of Downtown Chandler.
- What time should I arrive?
- Doors typically open 30 minutes before showtime. We recommend arriving when doors open to get the best seats (general admission is first come, first served).
- Can I choose my seats?
- General admission seating is first come, first served. VIP booth seating is reserved. Arrive early for the best general admission seats.
- What is your refund policy?
- All ticket sales are final — no refunds or exchanges. Ticket transfers are available for a fee. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the show to arrange a transfer.
- Do you serve food?
- Yes! We are a full-service restaurant with separate dinner and brunch menus. Food service is available before and during all shows.
- Is there parking nearby?
- Free public parking is available in the Downtown Chandler parking garage and surrounding surface lots, all within a short walk of the venue.
- Can I bring a large group?
- Absolutely! For groups of 8 or more, please contact us in advance so we can arrange seating. We also offer private event packages for larger parties.
- Do you have private event space?
- Yes! Our Main Showroom seats up to 90 for private events, the Comedy Garden fits 45, and the full venue accommodates up to 150 guests. We host corporate events, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and more.
- How do I perform at Mic Drop?
- Attend our weekly open mic nights — "Once Upon a Mic" — to get stage time. It's a great way to build your set and get noticed by our booking team. For booking inquiries, email us.
- Do you sell gift cards?
- Yes! We offer gift cards in $50, $75, and $100 denominations. They're redeemable for tickets, food, and drinks at the venue.
- What are your walking tours?
- We offer three unique walking tour experiences through Downtown Chandler: Ghost Tours ("Whispers on Boston Street"), History Tours ("Desert Roots"), and Strange Chandler Tours (UFOs and unexplained mysteries). Each tour is approximately 90 minutes.
- Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
- Yes, Mic Drop Comedy is ADA compliant. Our Main Showroom and restrooms are fully accessible. The Comedy Garden is also accessible. Please contact us if you have specific accessibility needs.
